A small family business with a long habit of picking things up

Hi, I'm Fiona.
I've been selling antiques and vintage pieces since 2008. My passion for all things vintage started at a young age curtesy of my lovely grandfather.

He was a Londoner born and bred, settled in the elephant and castle area and opened a sewing machine shop. Besides buying and selling sewing machines he sold antiques and collectibles bought in by clients in exchange for payment of goods. Some of these pieces were stunning and as a small child I loved to visit the shop and explore the treasures he had on display.

My time to explore the antique and collectible world arrived after the birth of my son Thomas. Up until that time I had been a buyer for a well known family retail group. I love the thrill of the hunt in unearthing these lovely items.

The items I sell are pieces I would be happy to live with, in fact like a lot of dealers when it comes to it they are hard to say goodbye to!!
I love it when a customers feedback tells you they are as thrilled with the piece they have bought as you were when you found it and you know it's gone to a home where it will be loved and cherished.
